CrossFit Certifications:
2/ 18/ 09 Congrats to Sam, John and Charlie for completing CrossFit’s Olympic Weightlifting Certification with Coach Bergener. The Seminar was hosted at Ground Zero and had 35 participants from all over the US and Ontario Canada.
3/ 14/ 09 Congratulations to John and Sam for getting their CrossFit Kettlebell certification this past weekend. Note: GZ hosted this certification. This is our second CrossFit Cert. for ’09.
